Born and raised in the Northeast, I grew up eating fresh produce out of a garden and seafood caught that day. I value farm-to-table culinary practices...food should be fresh and simple. I have always loved to cook, as it is a creative process that uses all your senses.
My other passions are traveling and photography. I love searching out local farmers' markets and food mongers in a new city. You can learn a lot about a culture through its food and by interacting with the locals. Regarding photography, documenting my life experiences with a camera never gets old.
